________________________________________________________

Robert Half began its journey of redesigning its internal Design Language System nearly 3 years ago. During that time, the component team has built, defined behaviours and annotated guidelines for over 300 components. The component team manages multiple bridges to this library to support the Robert Half email, customer facing and intranet online experience. The Design Op team consists of architects, developers and 5 visual designers. We conduct the initial research around the business need for a component, we build the component and variants for all use cases drawn into consideration and then deliver the files through Zeplin and annotate all behaviors and guidelines through Zero Height. Through the use of Zero Height we share our knowledge and guidelines of use with other designers across other teams in the organization. We additionally host office hours weekly to address any team driven needs or concerns around usage of any of the tools we build.

The full library consists of a Styles, Component, Full Width Block and Reduced Width Block Libraries. Within that structure, there are bridges in the styles to support the various experiences for email, customer facing website and Intranet online experiences.

Note: Each library consists of dozens of pages and hundreds of components. The below overview boards will represent a small portion of components built within each of our core libraries for Styles, Components and Block designs.
